At Yoshita Technical Services, we believe it is our high level of quality that brings customers back to us time and time again. We have recently invested in developing the 5S method throughout the company. This system is aimed at reducing waste and optimising productivity through having an efficient and organised workplace. It is actually a Japanese method that is based around the 5S Pillars:
- Sort (Seiri)
- Set in Order (Seiton)
- Shine (Seiso)
- Standardize (Seiketsu)
- Sustain (Shitsuke)
These concentrate on organising, cleaning, developing and sustaining a productive work environment. These sorts of activities lead to a smooth and efficient flow of activities, which would benefit any organisation.
The company is accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 by the British Standards Institution. All PCB assemblies are subject to inspection by our experienced Quality Inspection staff and an Automated Optical Inspection system is also used as part of the Quality Control function. All our operators are trained to IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies. BGAs are visually inspected using an Ersa scope and X-ray facilities are available externally. Our customers demand the very highest quality and we are constantly improving and refining our manufacturing processes to ensure those demands are met.
In addition to our processes and accreditations, we invest heavily in our staff, as they are best-placed to understand and ensure quality throughout the company.
